Objective:
To determine the population genetic structure of Pythium cryptoirregulare.
Approach:
This research will obtain isolates of Pythium cryptoirregulare from rhododendron grown at ornamental nurseries and investigate the population genetic structure of this pathogen by SSR and multilocus sequence analyses for similarities.
