To investigate the occurrence of bacterial resistance or adaptation to chlorinated compounds used for chemical intervention.

1) Analysis of bacterial next-generation sequencing data generated by the WRRC scientists including all types of genome-Seq and RNA-Seq. 2) Generate models of genetic regulatory networks associated with bacterial response and resistance to chemical interventions. 3) Generate models of bacterial population dynamics in terms of resistance to chemical interventions.
