Objective:
The objective of this NACA is to perform the appropriate HPLC analysis to determine the levels of diflubenzuron in blood/serum samples taken from cattle and white-tailed deer that have been fed a daily feed-through formulation containing 3% diflubenzuron.

Approach:
After extraction and appropriate clean up prep of blood/serum samples, the level of diflubenzuron in cattle and white-tailed deer blood/serum will be analyzed using chromatography analysis by HPLC with UV detection or similar HPLC analysis.
