Objective:
Perform data analysis for investigating disease dynamics and control strategy effectiveness for applications in swine, including interrogating genomes, gene expression, and/or other biomarkers from pathogens and hosts of animal-derived samples.
Approach:
ARS scientists will collect samples to generate data. Cooperator will perform analysis of data and interpretations in collaboration with ARS scientists.
