Objective:
Interrogate genomes, gene expression, and/or proteins of bacteria and gene expression and/or epigenetic status of animal-derived samples to identify response and mechanisms of action following treatment or foodborne pathogen challenge.
Approach:
ARS scientists will collect samples from animal trials or in vitro studies and submit for appropriate sequencing. Cooperator will perform data analysis in collaboration with ARS scientists and collaborate on interpretation.
