Objective:
Develop a big-data mining technology to discover genes and network for improving soybean nutrition and productivity.
Approach:
The collaboration will analyze soybean genome sequences and phenotypic data that ARS previously generated and is available in the public, and further develop new innovative data mining technologies by integrating artificial intelligence tools and multi-disciplinary data mining strategies for discovering new genes and networks important for soybean seed quality and yield improvement.
