Objective:
Evaluate a wide collection of publicly accessible blackberry germplasm for resistance to Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. mori.

Approach:
Blackberry plants representing 250 different selections and cultivars from the University of Arkansas Fruit Breeding Program will be screened for resistance. Genomic regions associated with resistance to Fusarium wilt of blackberry will be identified through a genome-wide association study (GWAS).
