Objective:
The objective of this project is to evaluating the control of Grapevine leafroll associated virus 3 using Nanobody in grapevines.
Approach:
The nanobody's expression will be evaluated from both transcription and protein levels. Virus's resistance will be evaluated by qRT-PCR and ELISA.
