Objective:
Use metabolomics to determine the chemical compounds in grass-fed and grain-fed beef to allow for comparisons between beef produced with these two feeding approaches.

Approach:
Beef samples from grass-fed and grain-fed Angus cattle will be analyzed using LC/MS metabolomics to determine the assortment of chemical compounds in both types of beef that can influence human health.
