Objective:
Develop and update cover crop decision support tools being designed as part of a collaborative multi-organizational effort. These regionally adjusted tools will be an integral part of soil health management planning and implementation, and will co-evolve with standards for comprehensive soil health assessment.

Approach:
The analyst hired by the ARS will develop decision support tools used by the Northeast Cover Crop Council (NECCC) and will also serve to conduct meta-analysis and synthesis of existing cover crop data.
