Develop and update cover crop decision support tools being designed as part of a collaborative multi-organizational effort. These regionally adjusted tools will be an integral part of soil health management planning and implementation, and will co-evolve with standards for comprehensive soil health assessment.

The analyst hired by the ARS will develop decision support tools used by the Northeast Cover Crop Council (NECCC) and will also serve to conduct meta-analysis and synthesis of existing cover crop data.
