Objective:
The objectives of this research are: 1) use traditional and molecular breeding methods to improve FHB resistance in North Dakota spring wheat cultivars and 2) field screen adapted spring wheat lines exhibiting FHB resistance.

Approach:
The researcher will conduct traditional and molecular breeding methods to improve FHB resistance in spring wheat for the state of North Dakota.
