Objective:
The objective of this research is to screen plant secondary metabolites (plant chemicals) for antagonistic properties to plant pathogenic and food-borne fungi and bacteria.
Approach:
Plant chemicals will be screened in the laboratory and greenhouse for antagonistic properties against selected plant pathogenic and food-borne fungi and bacteria.
