Objective:
Genetic characterization of Soybean looper populations in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Puerto Rico and Bahamas to study migration patterns and the potential dispersion of a pesticide resistance trait.

Approach:
Pheromone trap collections from select locations will be analyzed by DNA sequencing for haplotype and DNA markers.
