Objective:
1) Conduct trials to compare the effectiveness of pheromone, phenyl propionate with or without pheromone, and an almond kairomone blend with or without pheromone as navel orangeworm monitoring lures. 2) Examine how crop, crop phenology, and mating disruption affect the relative performance of these attractants.

Approach:
Run randomized complete block design trials over an 18-week period covering key parts of the growing season in almond and pistachio orchards with and without mating disruption.
