Research Project: FY 2018 Conservation Effects Assessment Project (CEAP) - Benchmark Watershed Assessment Studies (on croplands)

Location: National Soil Erosion Research

Project Number: 5020-12130-003-24-I
Project Type: Interagency Reimbursable Agreement

Start Date: Jul 1, 2018
End Date: Sep 30, 2019

Approach:
Monitor water quality and quantity from field (<10 acres) to watershed (>40,000 acres) in the St. Joseph River watershed. Maintain monitoring equipment and provide initial processing of water quality samples. Facilitate technology transfer to and from landowners and agricultural producers in the St. Joseph River watershed.
