Objective:
1. Continue survey for potential biological control agents in China. 2. Continue rearing the flea beetle, Bikasha collaris. 3. Continue testing Gadirtha fusca in quarantine on North American plant species. 4. Collect, colonize and begin testing the stem galling midges.

Approach:
Conduct quarantine host testing to determine safety of potential agents for biological control.
