Objective:
Perform MLRA imagery analysis and ArcGIS development for RABET--RAngeland Brush Estimation Toolbox.

Approach:
1) Continue and expand imagery analysis and classification by MLRA of woody plant canopy cover, for NRCS use in planning and modeling efforts. 2) Complete development of the ArcGIS RABET to estimate woody plant canopy cover values from Landsat imagery. 3) Provide a brief user guide for the RABET tool to NRCS CEAP-GL. 4) Provide maintenance and troubleshooting expertise to RABET once deployed to NRCS.
