Objective:
Interrogate samples with bacterial genomes and bacterial transcription productions for antimicrobial resistance (AMR) gene abundance and expression, and co-occurrence of AMR genes.

Approach:
Bacterial nucleic acid from pure culture or animal samples will be collected for sequencing and computational analysis.
