Objective:
Determine if there is a change in lymphocytes and lymphoid tissues following vaccination.

Approach:
Following vaccination we will evaluate peripheral lymphocytes and thymic tissue. MLV vaccines with attenuated or recombinant viruses will be used for vaccination.
