Objective:
To conduct activities on behalf of FAS in the areas of capacity building, capacity assessments, and technical assistance to counterpart agencies.
Approach:
Each 7600B will specifically identify activities, locations and partner for each task order. In addition each 7600B will have a specific set of requirements and performance parameters including scope of work and period of performance that must fall within the scope and period of applicability of the 7600A.
