Undergraduates:

Taylor Van Winkle: Taylor worked in the lab from Jun 2018-Apr 2019. While she was here, she performed research for her senior capstone project, and ended getting honors on her project, just 1 of 3 senior students from the Department of Biology at Kalamazoo College to receive it.

Lauren Silvernail: Worked in the lab from Oct-Dec 2018 for an internship and presented her research on fungal volatiles as attractants to stored product insects at the 2nd Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium at K State.

Alicia Alonso: Worked in the lab from Oct-Dec 2018 for an internship and presented her research on assessing the repellency of long-lasting insecticide netting to four stored product insects.

Matt Hamblin: Worked in the lab from May 2017 to July 2018. He was accepted into a Master’s position at Kansas State University in the Department of Entomology with Sarah Zuckoff. His future career plans include working in extension and outreach.

Ryan Burr: Worked in the lab from Oct-Dec 2017 for an internship and presented his research on whether T. variabile can be a behavioral surrogate for T. granarium at the 2nd Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium. His career plans include joining the army.
