ASR is actively involved in field work both individually as a research unit and collaboratively with other research units. The following is a list of field work locations and work objectives:
- Drake farm (unit project) - Scaling and Modeling Space-Time Variabilities of Landscape Processes to Enhance Management
- Prairie heating and CO2enrichment project (PHACE)- in collaboration with Rangeland Resources Research Unit - Global Change: Responses and management strategies for semi-arid rangelands
- Irrigation and precision management strategies to sustain agriculture with limited water supplies- in collaboration with Water Management Research unit - Develop guidelines, protocols and management strategies for irrigated crop production with limited water supplies.
