Research interests:  Applied plant physiology, field crops, environmental interactions, crop management & performance, agricultural soil science, agronomic sustainability.

Current research projects: The objective of my project is to explore relationships between drought response, yield, and seed composition in multiple soybean genotypes to support parallel improvements in seed protein content and water stress tolerance. I am examining associations among leaf-level stress and soil moisture measurements from field experiments and harvest and weather data to comprehensively characterize the effect of genotype by environment interactions on seed nutritional quality and crop performance.
