To provide Pendleton ARS with responsive, efficient, and compliant administrative leadership and support services to, including budget management, human resources, procurement, and operations coordination, thereby empowering USDA personnel to deliver on the Department's core mission of ensuring food security, supporting agricultural producers and rural communities, and preserving the nation's natural resources for all Americans.
