Mission:
The mission of the Commodity Protection and Quality Research Unit is to develop innovative management strategies for insects and plant pathogens of postharvest importance and preserve postharvest quality of horticultural commodities to meet quarantine and phytosanitary needs and to retain or extend domestic and export markets.
