Mission:
The Acquisition Oversight and Operations Branch consists of two groups - Acquisition Programs and Oversight (APOB), and Contracting Operations (COB). APOB provides acquisition oversight for all REE agencies. COB provides operational acquisition support for ARS headquarters offices, NAL, NASS, NIFA and ERS.
