Responsibilities and Interests

Vicki is responsible for managing the cool-season grass collection which consists of more than 18,300 accessions and the Carthamus collection that includes 2,430 accessions of safflower and its wild relatives.

Her special interests are characterizing the tef grass collection, taking images of safflower for downloading onto GRIN, identifying duplicate accessions, getting more native plant accessions into the grass collection and establishing in situ sites
