USDA-ARS Davis location staff attended the 2019 Annual Awards Banquet, organized by the Location Area Support Staff, on June 27 at Stonegate Country Club. The Banquet was an afternoon of employee recognition, food, fun, and community. Employees came together to report and celebrate the accomplishments and progress of the past year within our Davis units- Crops Pathology and Genetics Research Unit (CPGRU), Western Human Nutrition Research Center (WHNRC), National Clonal Germplasm Repository (NCGR), and the Location Area Support Office. Each unit gave a brief presentation on the challenges, goals, and accomplishments of their staff members in fiscal year 2019. Guests also enjoyed a luncheon and raffle event as presenters announced the 2019 award recipients.
