ASCPC Terms of Use:

All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, trade names, copyrights, information, content, data, images, photographs, audio, and video material, artwork, text graphics, multimedia content, and other material that you see or read during and ASCPC meeting or on the ASCPC website are being used with permission from image owners or the U.S. government. The mention of any of the aforementioned, in addition to trade names, commercial products, or methods are solely for the purpose of providing specific information and does not imply recommendation or endorsement by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

1)     ASCPC permits submitted material for use in meeting or posting on an ASCPCP website, including, without limitation, content, information, ideas, research, curricula, suggestions, or other materials. ASCPC does not make any guarantee regarding the quality, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or any other attribute of submitted materials. Submitted materials are the sole responsibility of the third party and all questions regarding submitted materials should be referred to the participant. The views expressed by the meeting participants are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of the ASCPC or the U.S. government.

2)     Participants are entirely responsible for everything they upload, post, email, or otherwise make available at the meeting or on the conference site. By submitting materials you grant ASCPC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, perpetual, worldwide, license to copy, prepare derivative works, improve, distribute, and publish retained materials during the meeting or on the website.

3)     All submitted materials and any other information should be:

a.       True, accurate, authorized, and complete

b.      Are not unlawful, obscene, fraudulent, indecent; do not defame, abuse, harass, or threaten others; and are not hateful or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable and do not advocate or encourage any illegal activity.

c.       Do not infringe the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or other intellectual property, proprietary, contractual, personal or other right of any third party.

This is a work of the U.S. government and is not subjected to copyright protection in the United States.
