Bangladesh Improved Vegetable Production project Action |
| ARS Scientist, Michael Havay traveled to Bangladesh March 6-9, 2013 for the "Bangladesh Improved Vegetable Production" project. He met with the Chief Scientific Officer of the Spices Research Center of the Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute, and local growers near Shibgoni, Bogra Bangladesh. The two spoke to farmers at a field day for garlic growers in Bogra, and were joined by Dr. AKM Zakaria, Extension Specialist for the Rural Development Academy and Dr. Mohammed Rahim of Bangladesh Agricultural University |
