Joan Lunney, ARS Animal Parasitic Diseases Lab, hosts South Korean Scientists for Collaboration on PRRS |
Joan Lunney, researcher at the ARS Animal Parasitic Diseases Lab in Beltsville, hosted two South Korean visitors under the ARS's agreement with the South Korean Rural Development Administration (RDA) virtual lab (RAVL), from November 30 through December 12, 2014 to collaborate on PRRS (Porcine Respiratory and Reproductive Syndrome). The RAVL program is coordinated by the Office of International Research Programs (OIRP). The visitors also travelled to the US Meat Animal Research Center (MARC) Clay Center in Nebraska for the 2014 National Swine Improvement Federation (NSIF) conference. |
