EEO Activities in FY 2016
On Tuesday, Oct. 13th, from 8:00-9:00am, in the conference room, we played ‘Rolling’, a documentary that chronicles the day-to-day activities of three wheelchair-bound individuals for National Disability Awareness Month.
To celebrate Native American Heritage Month we had a potluck and played a video about the creation of the Crazy Horse Memorial on Tuesday November 10th at noon.
To celebrate Asian American/Pacific Islander Heritage Month, a PowerPoint presentation was put together and sent to everyone at the location. The information comes from the National Park Service website, and highlights some of the Asian/Pacific Islander heritage sites throughout the country.
To celebrate Women’s History Month we shared a PowerPoint presentation put together by the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute.
To celebrate Black History Month we showed the movie Selma on 2/17/16
