The N.E. Plant, Soil, & Water Laboratory is considered a low risk, low sensitive federal facility, but remains vulnerable to petty criminal activities and target for demonstrations Security issues may include Theft of private or government property Vandalism Suspicious persons or activies Demonstrations Any other security problems Non-emergency situations Call Public Safety Dispatcher at 1-4040 Call David Torrey at 581-3372 Emergency situation Call 911 Call David Torrey at 581-3372 Identification cards must be worn at all times and visible to all personnel If you observe someone committing a crime, DO NOT attempt to apprehend or detain the suspect. Try to memorize the physical appearance of the suspect and call 911 or 1-4040
