|NAA Budget & Fiscal|
Budget and Resource Planning - Area Budget and Fiscal ARMPS instructions (simplifying and clarifying instructions) are issued to NAA locations, which include salaries projection assumptions and BPMS CRIS level funding guidelines, utilized in the ARMPS preparation. The ABFO performs a thorough review of locations' ARMPS.
Finance - ABFO establishes MU accounts at NFC; oversees accounts maintenance activities throughout NAA; processes reimbursable/trust fund agreements; monitors R&M/HWC projects for fund accountability; BPMS allocations (fund releases) are received resulting in cutting and distribution of Financial Plans; manages HHS-PMS payment system (letter of credit) and prior years funds requests.
Travel - ABFO provides extensive technical advice and guidance on all travel matters to travelers and Area Program and Management officials, to incude the relocation of employees and advising on relocation entitlements.
Liaison - ABFO is liaison with BPMS, FMD, NPS, Area Administrative/Program Management and field location staffs.
