Nelson A. Cox Jr - Campylobacter is the number one cause of bacterial food poisoning and poultry consumption is the primary vehicle of transmission.  To have identified previously overlooked sources of Campylobacter in poultry reduces the risk of human exposure and illness and is most gratifying.
