Biography and Research
Elizabeth (Liz) Krietemeyer has been a Physical Science Technician at NCAUR, USDA-ARS, Peoria, IL since 1991. She received her B.S. in Biology from Bradley University. Liz works with Dr. James Xu and a team of scientists conducting research on developing value-added, nano-sized biomaterials, such as nano-cellulose and nano-lignin, from agricultural wastes.
