Germplasm Program Assistant
Susan currently performs front office duties; works with the Unit Secretary to support purchasing activities, works with the Program Manager to support hiring and retention of student employees at NCRPIS, enters passport data into GRIN, maintains and updates safety training records of staff and students. Susan is preparing to gain the necessary skills and knowledge to assist the Unit Secretary with Timekeeping, assist GPA with processing germplasm requests, and support curatorial staff with ongoing activities and special projects.
Susan will focus on support for purchasing and administrative activities with the goal of timely and efficient response to the supply needs of the Station, and being in compliance with all regulations and procedures.
