Andrew D. Smelser
Research Technician (Plants)
Andrew Smelser is a technician with the GEM project at the North Central Regional Plant Introduction Station. He is responsible for GEM nursery management, seed conditioning and inventory, data collection, shipping, and technical support to the GEM group.
Andrew's interest focuses on improving methods for data collection and accurate inventory management of GEM materials. Andrew is currently pursuing an M.S. in Plant Breeding and Agronomy.
