Dr. Brian Kerr was invited to participate as a speaker for NutriQuest Technical Exchange Speakership to be held in Syracuse, NE on October 23-25. This exchange will be beneficial to the ARS in understanding economic and production related factors associated with using fats/oils in feed formulation and the livestock industry will gain an understanding of compositional and quality factors affecting the use of fats and oils in livestock feeds.
