The Agricultural Learning Service (AgLearn*) is the USDA's Online Training System. To schedule training or complete online courses, be sure to logon to AgLearn. Note: You must have a valid e-Authentication id and password to login.

The Authorization, Agreement and Certification of Training SF-182 form is currently not available in AgLearn. Until further notice, the OPM fillable SF-182 can be used:

- SF-182s can be sent electronically to NFC’s ARS Ops email address: ARSOPS@cfo.usda.gov. No SF-182 should be sent via fax due to PII. An SF-182 with less than two signature approvals will be rejected. Instructions to accurately submit your SF-182:
