Dr. Saebyeol Jang
Research Nutritionist, Post-doc
Performs studies that investigate the effects of flavonoids in the central nervous system, including its ability to mitigate cognitive deficits associated with neuroinflammation. A recent focus in my research is on the impact of bioactive food components on central leptin sensitivity in obesity, which is closely associated with a state of chronic low-grade inflammation.
