OTHER INFORMATION: This is not a Hallertauer-type hop, oil and alpha are too high, the alpha/beta ratio is too high, cohumulone is similar to Cluster-type hops, and the H/C ratio is much too low. This hop also contains farnesene, while true Hallertauer has none.
