OTHER INFORMATION: Green stem (in contrast to Lubelski, USDA 21113); Nadwislanska, an old variety, is no longer grown commercially in Poland. A virusfree Nadwislanska was developed in the 1980's at Prosser, Washington through heat treatment and meristem tip culture (USDA 21524). Its yield potential, however, has not improved by removing the viruses.
