Water quality parameters for Sub-Basin return flow were highly variable throughout the season. In general, TSS and DP concentrations were higher at the Sub-basin level than were observed at larger scales (see whole tract Salt Balance).

Sub-basins with more sprinkler irrigation tended to have return-flows with lower TSS and DP (not shown) concentrations, but trends were not significant (p > 0.05). Mass losses of TSS and DP (not shown) were not affected by sprinkler irrigation (p >> 0.05).
