Interpretive Summary:

Technical Abstract: The Agricultural Research Service National Program 212 (Climate Change, Soils, and Emissions) has a significant component focused on air quality studies. Presented here for the Agricultural Air Quality Task Force is an update on the status of ARS programs with focus on air quality. National Program 212 and National Program 214 (Agricultural and Industrial Byproducts) have been merged, with some projects from National Program 212 transferred to National Program 216. (Agricultural System Competitiveness and Sustainability) An update on Greenhouse gas Reduction through Agricultural Carbon Enhancement (GRACEnet) and Resilient Economic Agricultural Practices (REAP) databases and model status will be presented. Some selected studies conducted by the Food Animal Environmental Systems Research Unit in Kentucky will be highlighted.
