Interpretive Summary: This power point presentation gives an overview of air emissions from beef cattle feedyards as well as nutritional and management techniques that might decrease these emissions. Topics include greenhouse gases (methane, nitrous oxide), ammonia, particulate matter and odors. This was presented as one in a series of webinars given by ARS scientists to the USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).
