Interpretive Summary: This is the first report of Cucurbit leaf crumple virus infecting any host other than cucurbits in Florida. This report provides a timely account of a Cucurbit leaf crumple virus infection of green beans to growers, Extension personnel and state and Federal regulatory and research scientists.

Technical Abstract: Detection of Cucurbit leaf crumple virus in green beans in Florida suggests that this virus may be more widely distributed than previously known in the state and that green bean (and potentially other legumes) are potential reservoirs for Cucurbit leaf crumple virus.
