Interpretive Summary: This article describes the creative process of using peer-led theater as a nutrition education strategy with Latino youth promoting healthy traditional Mexican foods. The article focuses on the theatrical principles involved and is written primarily for an audience of theater professionals. The intention of this article is to expand the awareness of theater professionals, who may already be using theater in non-nutrition related education areas, on the use of theater in nutrition education.
