Technical Abstract: A research program has been initiated at USDA, Agricultural Research Service in Booneville, Arkansas to evaluate St. Croix, Katahdin, and Dorper sheep production and reproduction performance. Production and reproduction responses of ewes extensively managed will be recorded, including internal parasite resistance. Results will lead to recommendations of easy care sheep in a low input management system that will meet consumer demands.
