Technical Abstract: Fantesk is a composite of oil, starch, and water, which exhibits many useful properties. It can emulsify and microencapsulate many oily materials, such as vegetable oils, paraffins, waxes, rosins, and resins. It can exist in liquid gel and dry powder formulations and has applications in foods, seed coatings, oil well drilling, and other lubricants, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.
